Research

To understand our target users, we conducted an unmoderated usability study in a survey format. The participants handed 15 questions about the site that took 10 minutes to answer. We also wanted to see how the participants interacted with the site. The participants followed designated steps from entering the site to check out. The participants got to do this through video taping them selfs. The research below shows the most common pain points when using the website/app.

Questions

Participants

We had 20 participants with an even split of 10 women and 10 men. Age range was between 20 - 50 years. This was to cover as large of the population as possible and to get a good understanding. Participants were selected though email (subscribers) but also as a pop-up notification from the website. The participants got a giftcard worth 20 (dollar) to use on the site.
